About The Position

About the Role: We’re looking for a UX research producer with a strong background in managing research & experience design projects. This role will be focused on working with teams (across multi-family and workstreams) to manage UX research efforts and projects in a cross-functional environment. You will work with a team made up of researchers, strategists, designers, product owners, and developers. You will be responsible for coordinating research efforts and influencing process change and overall improvements. Project planning, leading teams and tracking progress will also be a major responsibility of this role. As part of the Vanguard UX research team within our Client Experience & Digital group, you'll help your peers understand how people think and feel about investing, retirement and money. We have labs focused on improving onboarding, investing and advised experiences, as well as our mobile app, secure site, search, security, and more. In this role, you will: • Provide project management for all research efforts across multiple product “families”; as well as assisting Research Leads and UX Strategists with managing research efforts • Partner with internal stakeholders to manage user research outreach, recruiting,and scheduling • Work with UX Strategists and Research Leads on research direction, team effectiveness, and stakeholder relationships • Manage research priorities, assign resources, and ensure project goals within the research queue are achieved on time • Review research project plans, research inputs and outputs with team and stakeholders • Influence and execute workflow and process improvements • Officiate, participate, and take notes during research and design meetings • Work cross-functionally with software development, design, content strategy, data science, and marketing • Support our UX Researchers in communicating research insights and recommendations in compelling and creative ways with team members and senior management • Support UX Researchers in facilitating research debriefs and brainstorming exercises to fuel ideation and evaluate product design What it takes: • Knowledge of the Agile Framework (certified SCRUM Master is a plus) • Experience using Jira and Confluence • Ability to function effectively and communicate with cross-functional teams with shared resources • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills • Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment • Demonstrate versatility, conviction, and a commitment to outstanding client service • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint A design experience that delivers Vanguard, a recognized employer of choice, is a leading investment management firm driven by a low cost, 100% client focused model. Requirements

Knowledge of the Agile Framework (certified SCRUM Master is a plus)
