About The Position

FabFitFun is seeking a CX Representative to join our Customer Experience team! At FabFitFun, we believe in delivering happiness - one box, one product, and one unforgettable experience at a time. Our Customer Care team is at the heart of that mission, creating meaningful connections and making every interaction feel easy, personal, and fun. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping others, loves problem-solving, and brings positive energy to everything they do. Location: This role is based out of our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA and is not eligible for remote. We are presently operating from a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week in-office (Monday-Thursday).

Requirements

  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills. You know how to connect with people and make things easy to understand.
  • A bachelor’s degree or experience in customer service, contact centers, or sales support (we value real-world experience just as much!).
  • The ability to juggle multiple channels at once while staying organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
  • A genuine passion for creating standout customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Strong people skills and a collaborative mindset. You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and across all levels of the organization.
  • A thoughtful, analytical approach to problem-solving, paired with excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to stay focused and highly organized, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to living and breathing FabFitFun’s values in everything you do.

Responsibilities

  • Be a bright spot in our members’ day by delivering prompt, friendly, and thoughtful support across chat, phone, email, SMS, and social media.
  • Help members feel confident and cared for by resolving questions about orders, products, subscriptions, and account details with ease.
  • Create “wow” moments by spotting opportunities to boost retention and sales through proactive support and personalized recommendations.
  • Show up with positivity and professionalism in every interaction, proudly bringing the FabFitFun brand voice to life.
  • Keep things running smoothly by accurately documenting member interactions and following internal processes for efficient, seamless resolutions.
  • Partner with teammates and leadership to share insights, improve processes, and help build a supportive, collaborative, and fun team culture.
