The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English and bring proven experience supervising cutting, RF, or hot air welding operations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires someone who can uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within cutting, radio frequency and welding operations, preferably involving Mustang and Patten cutting systems.
Strong knowledge of cutting technology, radio frequency machines and welding processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Strong focus on safety compliance and quality control.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required – must be able to effectively communicate in both languages (written and verbal).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with manufacturing software and data reporting tools is a plus.
Welding certification(s) or technical education related to welding and machining preferred.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily cutting and welding operations on Mustang and Patten’s cutting machines, Radio frequency and Hot Air welding equipment.
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies in all cutting, radio frequency and hot air welding processes.
Interpret engineering drawings, and specifications to determine proper cutting and welding requirements.
Schedule and assign work to leads, operators and welders, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Train, coach, and support operators and welders to improve skills, productivity, and adherence to safety regulations.
Perform quality inspections and audits of cutting and welded components to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain inventory of welding consumables, cutting tools, and equipment; coordinate with purchasing for timely replenishment
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance with technical teams to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of production data, maintenance, and quality control reports.
Collaborate with production planners, engineering, and quality assurance teams to optimize workflows and resolve production issues.
