About The Position

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and drive the Welding Department. Requirements

Minimum 3 - 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in steel fabrication
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

Supervise the activities of manufacturing personnel in the assigned department
Lead department scheduling and help set priorities based on the company plan
Provide leadership in navigating complex challenges, ensuring operational efficiency and organizational success.
Supervise inventory compliance and the maintenance of supplies
Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems
