About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating cutting machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
  • Basic understanding of machine operation and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.

  • Certification in machine operation or manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and calibrate cutting machines according to job specifications and blueprints.
  • Operate cutting machinery to cut materials such as metal, plastic, or fabric with precision and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of cutting equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Record production data and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
