About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, safety-driven team member to join our Milling department as a Cut Saw Operator. In this role, you’ll operate a CNC-assisted cut saw (very simple “push go/stop” operation), inspect material, and help prepare precise Lineal wood components used in cabinet production. Basic understanding of wood grain and species is very helpful. If you enjoy hands-on, consistent work, and are looking for a stable indoor weekday schedule, this is a great fit, especially for someone with basic construction experience who is ready for a year-round role with predictable hours.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Manufacturing experience
OMGA Operator Experience (preferred, not required — we train!)

Responsibilities

Read and interpret production order specifications and tags
Inspect lumber for knots or defects and mark materials for accuracy
Feed material through the CNC-assisted cut saw system
Follow established production standards, safety rules, and department procedures
Perform repetitive motions and maintain accuracy across high-volume tasks
Use production tools such as tape measures, calipers, wrenches, and screwdrivers
Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily goals
Complete machine-specific training before operating equipment
