The Opportunity As part of the Customs and Trade team you are expected to lead as a technology-enabled trade advisor, focusing on digitization, automation, and productivity. As a Director you are responsible for setting strategic direction, spearheading business development, and maintaining executive-level client relationships, while mentoring future leaders and fostering a collaborative environment where people and technology thrive. Your role involves defining the strategic direction for the team, leading client engagement initiatives, and adhering to professional standards and firm policies.

We help businesses navigate complex customs laws and optimize their trade operations. In the customs and trade domain, your role will involve advising clients on maintaining compliant and efficient trade practices, ensuring adherence to regulations, and minimizing the risk of disputes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years of experience
• Credentials such as customs broker license, membership in trade associations, or other customs and trade-specific qualifications are advantageous

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Economics or Public Administration is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of trade compliance and customs regulations
• Proficiency in corporate and international trade research
• Experience in market analysis and industry research
• Skills in executing compliance policies and market studies
• Strategic acumen in handling trade authority audits
• Ability to build and maintain enduring client relationships
• Competence in preparing and presenting intricate documents
• Proven experience in leading teams and crafting a strategic vision
