Completing all necessary legal steps as part of customs clearance and transportation, incl. those stipulated in official regulations, in coordination with the Manager Updating customs tariff numbers in ERP systems, e.g. GTS or government systems Carrying out preference calculations for materials in the systems Acting as the point of contact for service providers and customs agents in relation to the customs duties/clearance required each day (number/amount) Updating long-term service agreements for customers in accordance with defined standards Updating long-term supplier service agreements in accordance with defined standards Monitoring and checking existing and updated certificates of origin from suppliers Checking customs papers and processes in accordance with the legal requirements Performing the customs clearance for both regular and special shipments (e.g. tools, machinery, spare parts) Acting as the point of contact for Finance and Accounting during accounts receivable/payable accounting for any customs-related aspects Other duties, as assigned
