As a Customization Specialist, you will make a meaningful impact by managing service orders and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds constantly.
  • Able to work OT when necessary.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Must be able to read and understand option codes on Ready Service Worksheets and shipping labels.
  • Able to work as part of a team and possess strong communication skills.
  • Write, read, and speak English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and separate workflow coming to/from different departments
  • Search for cases/orders; assisting with receiving and shipping contracted work
  • Experience with computer systems: Word, Excel, AS400
  • Maintain/Update reports using Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist the expedite team, delivering and receiving expedite cases to/from the correct department
  • Update & print customization tracking reports. Distribute to supervisors daily.
  • Conduct tracking meetings with supervisors
  • Track Amazon orders.
  • Track and ship old orders.
  • Research and log back orders.
  • Order stock
  • Pick same-day rush orders and inducts the others.
  • Process rush orders and address changes on the FedEx machines in shipping
  • Rezip stock
  • Backup to the Customization Supervisor in their absence.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear Outfitters and is always worthy of sharing with visitors.
