Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn department processes and terminology.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to generate basic reporting.

Responsibilities

  • The Coordinator will assist in guiding the activities within the department at the direction of the Supervisor or Manager to ensure production/shipments are complete.
  • Assist the supervisor with balancing workflow and meeting deadlines.
  • Assists the supervisor in all aspects of the assigned function/area to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist the supervisor by gathering data and completing reports.
  • Contribute to training new associates and assist with questions.
  • Quality: understand the department’s quality metrics, goals, and expectations.
  • Coordinators will not be assigned to discipline; they are to convey information to the supervisor concerning what is needed to complete job assignments and meet deadlines.
