About The Position
As a key member of our Customization and Maintenance Team, you will help shape, build, and maintain workspaces across our Bay Area locations. From installing our modular, eco-conscious Apiro Walling System, to customizing feature walls, resolving facilities issues, and supporting access system upgrades—your work directly influences the member experience at Werqwise.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, framing, and painting
- Familiarity with tools, hardware, and workspace installation techniques
- Comfort working around technology (e.g., access control, digital displays, low-voltage systems)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent work
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, member-first environment
Responsibilities
- Execute workspace customizations, including feature wall installation, whiteboard mounting, and office reconfigurations
- Perform preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and safety checks
- Work with the Customization and Maintenance Manager to complete high-quality, tech-integrated buildouts
- Respond to member requests professionally and efficiently
- Maintain clean job sites and follow all safety protocols
- Ensure all work meets internal standards and reflects the Werqwise brand
