Come grow your career - See what opportunities await today! JOB SUMMARY: CVA Supervisor to lead and elevate the execution of our Customer Value Agreements (CVAs). This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive maximum value, equipment uptime, and exceptional support throughout their ownership journey.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fleet management, product support, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment operations and jobsite workflows.
- Experience in customer service and contract management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to train and support teams and customers on digital tools.
- Background in Service or Parts Operations Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead, refine, and optimize CVA‑related workflows to ensure consistent, high‑value delivery to customers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to reinforce the importance and understanding of CVA processes.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed CVA fulfillment metrics.
- Work directly with customers and teams to ensure a world‑class experience.
- Coordinate with Dispatchers to ensure PMs are completed on time and in full.
- Leverage data to uncover opportunities to improve uptime and strengthen the Equipment Management program.
- Collaborate across departments to refine CVA offerings and improve delivery methods.
