Our Technology Solutions Group is seeking internal interest for a Customer Technology Manager. The Customer Technology Manager is responsible for managing the successful delivery of SaaS solutions to our customers and is the liaison between our Client Services (sales/marketing) team and our technology team.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree; highly preferred.
  • 2-3 years of business analysis experience in a project-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience with relational database structures.
  • Qualified candidates will have effective leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Working directly with our customers to gather and define project requirements, including assessment of data, definition of web site content, and clarification of customer reporting needs.
  • Documenting customer requirements for projects and communicating those requirements and customer expectations to the technical development team.
  • Recognizing the need for proactive communication and maintaining consistency in daily correspondence.
  • Developing project technical timelines and collaborating with the technical team to meet those timelines.
  • Set clear expectations with both internal and external customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client programs and assess the effects of changes on downstream processes and integrations with other systems.
  • Coordinating on-going program operations including project promotion setup, content updates, and web site testing with the project operations team.
  • Build and maintaining strong and effective relationships with both our clients and internal teams.
  • Effectively collaborates with the team and other business units.
  • Suggesting innovative solutions or ideas to customers that will enhance their projects and boost revenue.
  • Proactively identify process improvements with a focus on accuracy, proficiency, and effective validation.
  • Managing the program budget, including implementing system or process efficiencies.
  • Manage your workload independently and delegate tasks appropriately and effectively.
