About The Position

The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Team is seeking Mid-Level to Lead-Level Customer Training Specialist in St. Charles, MO . The successful candidate will be responsible for customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Domestic and International Travel up to 50% is required.

Requirements

  • Experience as a formal instructor certification as an instructor, Senior instructor, or Master instructor
  • Electronics Experience
  • Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally 50% of the time.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
  • Experience as a Weapon School Instructor or Military Experience in training
  • Stand-Up Instructor led Training in support of Cruise Missile Systems (CMS) including Harpoon and SLAM ER
  • Electronics Training

Responsibilities

  • Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design
  • Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training
  • Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials
  • Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities
  • Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding ordering and/or delivery of spare parts and provisioning products or related services.
  • Analyzes and processes material returned from customers.
  • Analyzes customer spare parts requirement inquiries, facilitates responses and resolves delivery problem.
  • Creates and monitors performance metrics.
  • Creates, maintains and advances customer relationships.
  • Develops an understanding of customer's culture and business strategies.
