What You'll Do: Act as a technical liaison between Silgan’s manufacturing teams and our customers by delivering expert advice and technical solutions for packaging. Investigate, address, and resolve customer concerns, to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction. Oversee customer packaging initiatives, deliver technical education, and conduct testing to meet project and quality requirements. Contribute to new product development initiatives, cost-saving strategies, and regulatory compliance. Ensure quality standards by coordinating product evaluations and testing at customer sites. Assess materials and review performance specifications, container applications, and materials substitutions related to customer container use.
