The Customer Service/Clerk role involves delivering a high level of service and an excellent customer experience by resolving customer concerns. This position also requires identifying and communicating opportunities to improve operations and enhance the shopping experience, while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Gerbes, based in Missouri, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in 6 stores across Columbia and Jefferson City areas.
