About The Position

Preowned Auto Logistics (PAL) is growing and seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, customer support, or customer success who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses, accurate information, and positive customer experience from booking through delivery.

Requirements

Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Success
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using CRM software preferred (HubSpot training provided)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience

Nice To Haves

Experience in auto transportation, logistics, or automotive services is a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with tracking, and issue resolution related to vehicle shipments
Communicate with internal teams to coordinate transportation and delivery updates
Resolve customer concerns using a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems (HubSpot, CargoTel- training provided)
Educate customers on service options, pricing, and company policies
Support escalated customer cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness
