As a Customer Support Specialist, your mission is to give Whop users the best support on the internet. You will field user questions via Intercom, troubleshoot and resolve any issues, escalate product feedback, and do absolutely whatever it takes to make sure Whop users’ support expectations are wildly exceeded. This role reports to the Head of Trust.
