About The Position

Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing technology company, is hiring a Customer Support Specialist. This role supports our customers and internal teams by managing monitoring software, assisting with supply programs, and ensuring accurate account setup and follow-through. Compensation up to $21/hour.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of office or customer support experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all customer interactions.
  • Ability to think on your feet when working with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to print monitoring and automated toner services.
  • Contact customers to install or reinstall monitoring software and provide ongoing support.
  • Investigate and resolve monitoring disconnects to keep customer accounts running smoothly.
  • Enter and update account information accurately and promptly.
  • Answer overflow calls and support supply-related requests as needed.
