Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales support and/or customer support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with gig-economy or marketplace platforms
  • Experience with payroll-as-a-service or workforce management solutions

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain regular correspondence with workers and businesses using the GigSmart platform
  • Provide account management support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Complete gig corrections accurately and efficiently
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and support tickets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and identify opportunities
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
