What You'll Do: As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of Zagers, answering calls and providing outstanding service to our valued customers. This includes: Answering inbound and outbound calls promptly and courteously, ensuring each customer feels heard and valued. Managing service schedules for all technicians, parts orders, and service dept billing. Providing accurate information and guiding customers to the appropriate department or person for their needs. Skillfully addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, working to find solutions and ensuring satisfaction. Becoming proficient in our systems, including MS Office Suite, Docusign, and Evosus Platform. Collaborating effectively with team members across departments to create a seamless and positive customer experience.
