About The Position

Serenity is seeking Customer Support Specialists in Provo, UT, for a full-time role with compensation ranging from $23–$30/hr plus quarterly performance-based bonuses. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy helping others and creating positive, supportive experiences. No specialized experience is required as full paid training is provided. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work directly with individuals participating in a structured program aimed at building positive habits, staying motivated, and making meaningful progress. You will serve as a reliable point of contact, ensuring each person’s experience is smooth, supportive, and encouraging from start to finish. This position is ideal for those with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, education, or other people-focused roles who thrive on building trust and helping others feel comfortable and supported.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy
  • Reliable, punctual, and open to coaching and feedback
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to individuals during scheduled sessions
  • Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
  • Encourage participants using positive practices such as journaling, goal setting, and reflection
  • Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members
  • Help create a welcoming, respectful environment where people feel comfortable and supported
