About The Position

Air One Industries, a North Carolina-based HVAC/Mechanical provider, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Advance, NC. Job Description: Communicate with techs on their billable repair quotes and get details Communicate with various parts houses for pricing and availability Estimate the repair and put together the quote in Sales Manager Send quotes to customers and copy office and tech Follow up to make sure they received the quote Follow up and close quote through tech and office Communicate with tech and get any special instructions Order parts Communicate with tech and office as to when the parts arrive Follow up with customer satisfaction Air One Industries (Air One), A Fidelity Company, is a North Carolina-based HVAC/Mechanical provider that services various industrial and commercial buildings, including healthcare, government, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, religious institutions and more. Requirements

  • Experience in the process of locating, pricing, getting approval, ordering and receiving of various HVAC parts and small units
  • Detailed, organized, planner, follow upper
  • Ability to communicate with all members of company and customers
  • Ability to learn estimating, accounting and company software packages (We will provide training.

Responsibilities
