About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide sales support while providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Your primary goal is to work as a team with Sales Consultants to support and deliver on customer support needs.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – primarily Excel
  • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented and forward-thinking individual
  • Individual with a positive attitude, high energy, and a team player

Nice To Haves

  • Inside sales experience in Janitorial or Food Service

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Collaborate with our internal sales team and other departments to improve customer experience.
  • Work in our ERP System for daily data entry and reporting.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product changes.
