About The Position

Serenity is seeking Customer Support Specialists who are passionate about helping others and creating positive, supportive experiences. This full-time role involves working directly with individuals participating in a structured program, guiding them to build positive habits, stay motivated, and make meaningful progress. Specialists will serve as a reliable point of contact, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and encouraging experience from start to finish. The company provides full paid training, making it suitable for individuals from customer service, hospitality, retail, education, or other people-focused backgrounds, even without specialized prior experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy
  • Reliable, punctual, and open to coaching and feedback
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to individuals during scheduled sessions
  • Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
  • Encourage participants using positive practices such as journaling, goal setting, and reflection
  • Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members
  • Help create a welcoming, respectful environment where people feel comfortable and supported
