Customer Support Specialist II is a key contributor to our operations division. The primary responsibility is to ensure that customer shipments are delivered on time, provide daily interaction and develop relationships with customers and carriers. This position will work at our office in Tinley Park.â¯The training will be onsite Monday-Friday for the first 90 days. After training, a hybrid schedule is available.
