Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Friendly and professional demeanor, whether in-person or on the phone
Comfortable using computers and basic office systems
A solid work ethic and dedication to excellence
High school diploma or GED (required)
Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

Answer and manage a multi-line phone system efficiently
Greet and assist customers professionally, both in-person and over the phone
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and quickly
Handle customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges using a computer system
Perform general office tasks including filing, inventory management, and other duties as needed by the Office Manager
