Requirements

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Pleasant and professional demeanor in-person and on the phone
Computer proficiency
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
High School Diploma or GED required
Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls as needed
Greet and assist customers professionally and with a positive attitude
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
Handle customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges using a computer system
Perform general office duties, including filing and maintaining inventory
Assist the Office Manager with additional tasks as required
