About The Position

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is looking for a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist / Receptionist to help drive our customer service excellence while supporting our expanding business. This position offers opportunities for growth and the chance to make a real impact in our dealership environment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, whether in-person or on the phone
  • Comfortable using computers and basic office systems
  • A solid work ethic and dedication to excellence
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system efficiently
  • Greet and assist customers professionally, both in-person and over the phone
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and quickly
  • Handle customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges using a computer system
  • Perform general office tasks including filing, inventory management, and other duties as needed by the Office Manager
