As the first point of contact for both patients and pharmacy partners, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people experience Nimble. It’s not just about answering questions— it’s about building trust and making sure every issue is handled with clarity, urgency, and empathy. The right person for this role is a strong critical thinker who can troubleshoot quickly, collaborate across teams, and take full ownership of the issues they handle. You know how to ask the right questions, communicate clearly, and follow through without dropping the ball. You’re also comfortable multitasking across multiple chats and tasks at once, while maintaining accuracy and empathy. Hourly Pay: $21.75 Schedule: Current hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm, and the schedule will fall within that window. Hybrid: On-site 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) in our Tempe office
