What You'll Do as a Customer Support Rep: Answer customer calls and serve as the first point of contact. Help customers with basic troubleshooting, service questions, and account updates. Assist with device setup and feature changes. Use company systems to look up information and document customer calls. Forward issues that require deeper troubleshooting. Follow up on open issues to make sure customers are taken care of. Explain products and services clearly and helpfully.
