About The Position

Located in Brickell, the company aims to make the customer experience seamless through its marketplace of trusted couriers. The Customer Support Representative role involves handling direct outbound calls to customers seeking assistance with government service applications, providing clear, efficient, and concierge-level support. This is a high-volume, customer-centric position, requiring approximately 200 calls per day, with each interaction being an opportunity to make a positive impression.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven de-escalation skills and ability to manage high call volume
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with CRM or customer-facing tools (training provided)
  • Highly organized, punctual, and self-directed
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a results-driven mindset
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (background check required)

Responsibilities

  • Make 200 direct outbound calls daily to customers
