The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers of Copart. By thoroughly understanding Copart practices, the CSR provides solutions that facilitate a unique customer service experience. A primary function of this role involves obtaining the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences, in addition to performing other office support functions as needed. The CSR often serves as the initial point of contact for customers, making them the face of the company. This position requires understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions and support, and may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support.
