As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be on the front lines helping pool pros succeed with Skimmer. Every day, you’ll: Deliver friendly, knowledgeable phone, email, and chat support to our customers Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting, and best practices Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Success, and Engineering to surface feedback and resolve issues Build trust through genuine empathy, clear communication, and a touch of humor (we like to have fun while we work!) Become a Skimmer expert — not just knowing how the product works, but why it matters to the pros who depend on it Your work won’t just solve problems — it’ll help shape how thousands of businesses operate more efficiently every day.

Requirements

  • A knack for clear, confident, and friendly communication
  • Experience in customer support, technical support, or billing support
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills — you stay calm under pressure
  • Tech-savviness — you pick up new tools quickly and love helping others do the same
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:30am - 6:00PM CDT

  • Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Success, and Engineering to surface feedback and resolve issues

  • Become a Skimmer expert — not just knowing how the product works, but why it matters to the pros who depend on it
