This position is responsible for receiving customer inquiries (telephone calls and e-transactions) on various issues, including orders, payments, and account service. Handles invoice inquiries, order discrepancies and customer complaints. Writes new orders as required. Applies customer credit card and electronic payments. Issues customer credits and track customer order shipments. Responsible for confidential and sensitive information.
