About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Branch Call Support Consultant to join our Service Delivery Division. In this role, you will provide critical support to branches, call centers, and other departments by assisting customers with resolving operational inquiries and concerns. This position requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle escalation and retention calls professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center support, or related roles.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for branch and call center support, addressing customer inquiries and operational issues.
  • Handle escalation calls and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support retention efforts by delivering exceptional service and problem-solving solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Assist with special projects and provide on-demand support for areas in need.
