About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to serve as the frontline connection between our brand and our customers. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a high-level customer service role
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Process and complete customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide in-showroom support, assisting customers with product selection and ensuring a premium experience
  • Handle inbound phone calls, providing product information, order updates, and general support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through the Freshdesk ticketing system in a timely manner, including product questions, order submissions, and order status updates
