About The Position

The individual will be instrumental in handling customer requests, processing returns, managing service exchanges, and ensuring up-to-date record-keeping. They will serve as a crucial liaison between customers and the company, ensuring smooth and efficient communication and transaction processes.   • Ticket system familiarity - experience with CRM software and support ticket systems is beneficial
