The Technical Customer Support role is crucial for providing quality technical assistance primarily to Trimble Geospatial Reseller staff. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving software licensing and subscription issues, as well as hardware licensing and option provisioning. You will be a key player in addressing issues or working with other teams to resolve issues. Additionally, you may be required to contribute to product improvement by reporting design, reliability, and maintenance issues of the accompanying systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to engage in challenging technical problem-solving, directly impacting customer satisfaction, product saleability, and ongoing usage. You will work closely with a variety of technical professionals, gaining insights into complex systems.
