About The Position

This role is responsible for handling customer quotations and orders while supporting internal sales and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Customer Service
  • Customer Support
  • Call Center Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process quotations via phone, email, and fax
  • Enter customer orders into the system and confirm details via email or fax
  • Coordinate shipping instructions and packing lists with the warehouse
  • File orders and monitor customers’ open orders
  • Perform physical inventory as needed
  • Provide backup support for billing functions across the office and branches
  • Support outside sales with stock checks, pricing, and open order inquiries
  • Process quotations for outside sales and handle internal transfers
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
