About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent (Travel) to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers seeking assistance with their travel arrangements, inquiries, and concerns. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service, especially in the travel industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • A passion for travel and a solid understanding of travel-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and travel policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding travel destinations, accommodations, and services.
  • Process changes, cancellations, and refunds as necessary through our system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, policies, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with travel partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
