About The Position

Are you an operator who knows how to execute against the demands of large retail partners and keep product flowing efficiently from production to shelf? Archer Meat Snacks, the fastest-growing jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel, is searching for a Customer Supply Chain Manager to drive operational excellence across key accounts. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Planning, you will own end-to-end supply chain execution for major retail partners, including inventory flow, service levels, forecasting alignment, and order execution. This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role that partners closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Finance, and Logistics to ensure strong customer performance and operational consistency. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on operator who understands how to support high-volume retail accounts, solve problems quickly, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within CPG or food manufacturing
  • Experience supporting major retail accounts such as Costco, Walmart, Target, or Sam’s Club
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and inventory management
  • Experience with retailer systems (EDI, Retail Link, or similar)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, and Operations teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with 3PLs and external logistics partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end supply chain execution for key retail accounts (Costco, Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, Albertsons, Kroger, etc.)
  • Manage daily order flow, replenishment cycles, and inventory projections across customers
  • Ensure strong in-stock performance, fill rates, and service levels across all channels
  • Partner with Sales and broker teams to align on demand, promotions, and new item launches
  • Monitor inventory across manufacturing sites, 3PLs, and customer channels to ensure proper coverage
  • Conduct weekly replenishment analysis across DCs and store-level demand
  • Partner with Sales Operations on forecasting for promotions, resets, new items, and product lifecycle changes
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to out-of-stocks, excess inventory, spoilage, and obsolescence
  • Partner with Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracy and inventory flow
  • Analyze shipments, inventory, and service metrics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Partner closely with Sales to support account needs, promotions, and execution
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning and Operations to align production with demand
  • Work with Finance on inventory, cost, and operational performance metrics
  • Provide visibility into risks, gaps, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage retailer compliance requirements, including EDI, routing, and chargebacks
  • Support item setup, maintenance, and master data across internal and customer systems
  • Identify and resolve operational issues impacting service levels and execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and optimize inventory efficiency
  • Drive initiatives to improve service levels, reduce chargebacks, and streamline operations
