The Customer & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of manufacturing jobs — from estimating and quoting through production, delivery, invoicing, and payment. This role bridges communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on job priorities, shop capacity, and material availability. The position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity across ERP systems (such as ProShop and NetSuite), coordinating procurement, and facilitating smooth operational execution. We are a fast-paced, mission-driven team tackling some of the hardest problems in aerospace. Success at Vaya requires personal leadership, strong technical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
