The Job: As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee who is responsible for driving operational excellence in customer-facing supply chain processes. This role manages backorder reporting, promotional execution, compliance mitigation, and supports key forecasting and reporting initiatives to ensure high service levels and strong commercial alignment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related required
  • 3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience.
  • Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, ASI400/INFOR, Excel, Business Warehouse)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to analyze and problem- solve
  • Time Management

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance)
  • Lead customer-facing meetings to address supply chain and program topics.
  • Generate and review MPR (Monthly Performance Review) reports.
  • Conduct forecast accuracy reviews and cost-to-serve projects.
  • Communicate SKU transitions to customers and sales teams.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes to mitigate compliance fines.
