About The Position

Customer Success Specialist Position Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving and analyzing all aspects of customer purchase orders. Responsible for communicating with customers-verbal and written Responsible for typing and e-mailing customer quotes Responsible for acquiring product knowledge to assist customers with technical questions. Responsible for assisting customers with all specs of a customer's order-approval prints, order status, shipment details, and establishing creditworthiness Responsible for coordinating information between the customer, engineering department, and production department. Authorized to request changes to the Quality System in order to facilitate improvement or to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excel, Word, Windows
  • 4 years’ experience in a related field, if no diploma.
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
