About The Position

Baden is looking for the perfect person to serve as a Customer Success Representative at our Kent, WA headquarters. This role will include customer support and interaction, order entry, order tracking, and answering phones, among other responsibilities. In addition to supporting the Baden Sports brand, this role will also provide support for our Axe Bat brand. This person loves engaging with people and helping them have the best possible experience with Baden Sports and Axe Bat, whether they are employees, customers, or suppliers. This person is a great communicator, extremely organized, and embodies our “One Team Winning Together” philosophy in all that they do.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience in a related field
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong communications skills
  • Proficient in standard business computer applications (e.g. MS Office, CRM, ERP systems)
  • Must have strong creative thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Customer focused

Nice To Haves

  • A passion for and experience in American team sports is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls for assigned customer base
  • Entering orders into Baden’s ERP system
  • Working with product development team to create custom layouts
  • Tracking orders to provide customer visibility
  • Providing inventory availability for assigned customer base
  • Processing claims and returns
  • Provide Sales Support for our sales team
