About The Position

As a member of our Customer Success Operations team, you will be a primary stakeholder for our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Your focus will be on entering new sales orders into the ERP and updating them throughout their life cycle. Your work ensures that our customers receive accurate order confirmations, the correct products, and that our internal teams have the accurate, timely data they need to perform their job functions. Attention to detail and organizational skills are paramount in this role. You will also be responsible for answering general customer service phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate parties to resolve their issues. This position is one of Maddox’s oldest commercial positions, with a proven playbook and a strong team, but we are growing rapidly, so adaptability is critical in this role.

Requirements

  • Technically savvy with modern platforms (Google Suites, etc).
  • Keen attention to detail and can perform recurring tasks accurately and precisely, particularly regarding date entry.
  • Autonomous and capable of managing your own time and workflows.
  • Comfortable with phone communication and able to think quickly on your feet during conversations.
  • Capable of balancing multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
  • Welcomes constructive feedback to help you develop in your role.
  • Aligned with our Core Values and have a teachable attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Entering new sales orders into the ERP system.
  • Updating sales orders throughout their life cycle.
  • Answering general customer service phone calls.
  • Directing callers to the appropriate parties to resolve their issues.
