As a member of our Customer Success Operations team, you will be a primary stakeholder for our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Your focus will be on entering new sales orders into the ERP and updating them throughout their life cycle. Your work ensures that our customers receive accurate order confirmations, the correct products, and that our internal teams have the accurate, timely data they need to perform their job functions. Attention to detail and organizational skills are paramount in this role. You will also be responsible for answering general customer service phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate parties to resolve their issues. This position is one of Maddox’s oldest commercial positions, with a proven playbook and a strong team, but we are growing rapidly, so adaptability is critical in this role.
