About Our Team The Customer Success Operations team drives operational excellence across the order‑to‑fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and strong customer outcomes. Position Overview This role serves as the customer’s operational advocate, driving proactive communication, accurate execution, and cross functional coordination to meet customer expectations and support revenue, supply, and service goals. The specialist works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and other teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in Customer Success, Order Management, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain Operations in a global environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and operational dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer centric approach.
  • Knowledge of supply chain concepts, demand planning, and order fulfillment.
  • Experience with continuous improvement or process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, managing inquiries, escalations, and supply commitments. Deliver on supply commitment processes aligned with sales and revenue plans.
  • Monitor backlog, demand signals, and order status to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to address supply risks and demand or execution gaps. Support quarter end and critical execution periods through risk identification and mitigation.
  • Communicate customer expectations internally and drive timely actions aligned to service targets.
  • Build trusted customer relationships through proactive, transparent communication and represent customer needs in internally.
  • Participate in customer business reviews and operational discussions, ensuring clear understanding across teams.
  • Manage orders and customer data using ERP/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • Use operational data and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and best practice adoption.
