About The Position

Quality Enclosures is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success & Office Coordinator to support the Customer Success team and front office operations. This position serves as a first point of contact for customers and visitors while assisting with order updates, customer communication, and administrative support. The role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2–5 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production-support environment
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems

Responsibilities

  • Monitor open orders, backorders, and service requests
  • Follow up with customers regarding order updates, delivery status, and pickups
  • Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Support the sales team with account updates and order status information
  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors at the front desk
  • Answer incoming calls and manage call overflow
  • Prepare walk-in paperwork and collect signatures or payments when required
  • Assist with office tasks such as preparing sample boxes, brochures, and monitoring office supplies
