FoodChain ID is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to support clients as they pursue USDA National Organic Program (NOP) certification. In this role, you will guide new applicants through the certification process, provide helpful resources, and ensure they feel confident every step of the way. You’ll work closely with clients, certification staff, and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience while helping organizations bring organic and responsibly produced products to market.
